Prenuptial Agreements, Divorce, Child Support, Child Custody, and Post-Judgment Matters
Prenuptial Agreements are a smart way to organize your future life as a married person.  Essentially, a prenuptial agreement is a contract between you and your future spouse that decides how property , income, debts, and inheritances are treated during your marriage, in the event of a divorce, and for estate planning.  Anyone with children and assets from a prior marriage really ought to have a prenuptial agreement.

Divorce.  Sometimes marriages don’t last.  Hiring an experienced family lawyer is an important step to protect your rights and obtain what you need and deserve.  Divorce is never easy, and it is important to find a lawyer who shares your approach and in whom you have confidence.  I have over 20 years’ experience handling complicated financial and emotionally charged matters.  Negotiated settlements are the best way to end a marriage, but I am a strong advocate if the situation requires litigation.

Post-Judgment Matters:  As time goes by, changes will occur in your life and for your children.  You may have to modify an existing judgment, or you may have to enforce or defend your rights when things don’t go according to the plan.  I stand by my existing clients and am also pleased to take on new post-judgment matters.
